It was nine years ago on the tailgate of a pick-up that the
idea of the Mafia was born. We knew that we had what it took to hang with the big boys in the field and were hell bent
and determined to prove it.
We have come a long way in just a short amount of time and are excited
at what the future has in store for the Mafia and its team members. When we started we were hauling decoys and blinds
in the back of our trucks and overloading a john boat that Fred Sanford would be proud of.
Today, we tow a 7 x 14 foot enclosed trailer packed with all the
goods.
There is one thing that all of us on this team agree on.

DECOYS -
We only use Greenhead Gear Pro-Grade and Hunter Series
full body Canada Goose field and floater decoys. All have flocked heads and are on motion stakes.
Our duck decoys are a mixture of Greenhead Gear life and oversize floater mallards as
well as oversize full body mallards on motion stakes.
These decoys are unmatched in their realism and effectiveness in the field and in the
water. For all of us on the Mafia team....
there are no other decoys.
BLINDS -
We exclusively use Fred Zink Finisher, Kelly Powers Power Hunter
and the new Ground Force layout blinds from Avery/Greenhead Gear.
Set up and take down of these blinds is extremely simple and fast.
Mossy Oak Shadow Grass, Mossy Oak Duck Blind and Field Khaki are the Mafia's patterns of choice.
We have field tested these blinds collectively for the last seven seasons and to date have not had the first problem.
